CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2008

       
The Consumer Product Safety Commission Improvement Act of 2008 makes significant changes to the current regulations and imposes many additional compliance requirements for companies that sell consumer products.
