Lumber Liquidators Reaches Settlement with Department of Justice

Lumber Liquidators has plead guilty to violations of the Lacey Act on importations of lumber from Eastern Russia. They will pay $7.8 million in fines to the Lacey Fund, as well as $1.2 million in Community Service payments and $969 thousand in forfeited proceeds.
