Turkey and India Lose GSP Eligibility

Both Turkey and India have been removed from the list of countries eligible for GSP.

Effective May 17th, Turkey lost eligibility and on June 5th, India lost eligibility because President Trump determined "that India had not assured the United States that India will provide equitable and reasonable access to its markets."
