USTR Announces New List of Chinese Tariffs – Some Delayed Until December 15th

The United States Trade Representative posted listings of tariff items that will be subject to additional Section 301 tariffs.  The effective date for many of the items will be September 1st, but some items, including cell phones, laptops, and toys will be delayed until December 15th.

There will be no grace period for goods exported prior to the stated dates.
